Nano-Ink Technology

Symphony by Aurea Stone brings innovation to the next generation of engineered stone. Using a patented printing technique and Nano-Ink Technology, Symphony surfaces are a perfect representation of natural stone. This technology results in a unique surface with depth and clarity, high definition in every pattern, amazing translucency and authenticity.

Symphony’s collection of patterns have a translucency and asthetic equivalent to real marble. A new surface with no visible grain results in better light reflection and brightness than any other engineered stone currently availabile.

Symphony Stone Attributes

EASE OF FABRICATION

Fabricated using traditional quartz surfacing processing techniques. No specific procedures required. Mitering is recommended in Symphony surfaces.

TRUE NATURAL BEAUTY

Amazing light reflection, color brightness, deep visual strength and high definition in every pattern create realistic details for a natural appearance.

DEPTH AND TRANSLUCENCY

Supreme authenticity in appearance without compromise. Unparalleled visual depth of patterns perfectly imitating nature with an equivalent translucency to real marble.

ETERNAL COLOR

Color remains unchanged and stable over time. Better light reflection, brightness and clarity in colors than any other engineered stone available. Non-yellowing white backgrounds.

HIGH DEFINITION PRINT

Unsurpassable high-definition sharpness of print with neat lines, which are clean and impeccably delineated. Symphony surfaces are free from visible grains in the particulate.

INK DEPTH

Nanotechnology injects the ink up to 1 mm into the surface delivering authenticity of color and pattern while vastly improving stability of colors. Deep 3D effect and better resistance to scratches.

Materials and sustainability

Symphony surfaces are developed with our revolutionary 4R Technology, named after its four major pillars: Reduce, Recycle, Reuse and Respect.

By incorporating up to 70% of recycled materials, such as glass, Symphony EcoPress simplifies the manufacturing process, reduces the use of raw materials and improves the use of post-consumer content.

The use of recycled materials combined with a meaningful reduction in crystalline silica, means Symphony EcoPress has the lowest environmental impact among the other engineered stones in the market. In comparison to traditional quartz surfacing, the generated breathable crystalline silica is reduced up to 70%, contributing to a healthier work environment.

In addition, nearly 100% of the water required in the manufacturing process is reused.

Sustainability and a lower environmental impact are the path for us to follow. (Learn more)

Realistic look in all our surfaces

High-quality raw materials used in the manufacturing process and a 5D innovative printed technology gives Symphony EcoPress slabs a translucency equivalent to real marble, with no visible grains and better light reflection and brightness than any other existing engineered stone.

Symphony’s engineered stones achieves an unparalleled visual depth, sharpness and realistic details of each vein and delivers a smoother surface.

Care and maintenance

Symphony EcoPress requires very little maintenance to keep the surface looking its best. It is a non-porous material, therefore cleaning with a damp cloth and warm clear water is all that is required.

NEOS Technology protects Symphony surfaces against most common household chemicals and difficult stains. This high-performance technology produces a hybrid protectant with physical characteristics that resists staining, keeps surfaces clean and guards against everyday wear and tear. (Learn more)

Printing technology in Symphony surfaces

Symphony EcoPress slabs are printed with the revolutionary Nano-Ink Technology. A patented 5D nanotechnology which penetrates the surface delivering authenticity of colour and pattern. The fabrication process of Symphony slabs requires no changes in cutting techniques, consumable tooling, adhesives or handling of the material when compared to traditional quartz surfacing. Frequently Asked Questions

Most frequent questions and answers

Symphony EcoPress is a new and unique engineered stone surface. It combines an environmentally friendly formulation in the composition – up to 70% of its content consists of recycled materials, such as glass- with a patented printing technology. It cuts, smells and tastes like traditional quartz, but technically, it is not a quartz surface.

In the ‘Where to buy’ section of our website you will find a map listing all the locations of our current distributors. If your region is not currently served by one of our distributors, please contact us through our website or social media channels to see how we can assist you further.

Symphony surfaces have a 25-year warranty as detailed in the “Warranty” section of this website. You can activate the warranty by registering your product in this section.

Furthermore, our NEOS Tech provides a lifetime anti-stain warranty to all Symphony surfaces.

We have created a new and revolutionary technology called 4R. It is named after its four major pillars: Recycle, Reduce, Reuse and Respect.

Our slabs incorporate up to 70% recycled materials, such as glass, which simplifies and economizes the manufacturing process. Nearly 100% of the water required in the fabrication process is reused.

In addition, the generated breathable crystalline silica is reduced up to a 70%, when compared to traditional quartz surfacing.

We are committed to a more sustainable development.

Our patterns are printed only on one side with our Nano Ink technology which uses a patented 5D nanotechnology that penetrates the surface up to 1 mm, delivering authenticity of color and an ultra-high visual depth.
